    I work in Lees just round the corner from Taylors home and have just heard off our window cleaner who also cleans the Taylor families windows (therefore it must be true! ) the following...... Offers in for Taylor; 1) Donny - £750k + Byfield 2) Hull - £750k + Windass (Windass not keen) 3) Reading £750k (Taylor said he will not go down south) =============================================================

    I'm sure there have been plenty but one that sticks out in my mind is 'Killer' Kilclines at Elland rd. back in the late 80s early 90s. He headed the ball with such power past Jon Hallworth (i think) he didn't have a cat in hells chance of stopping it. Can anyone provide a video link to that goal? it would be good to relive my horror..... ===========================================================

    Theres a blast from the past.....wonder where they are now? Decent outfit if my memory serves me rightly. I have seen Shaun Ryder & Bez out in Glossop totally out of it in The Norfolk Arms......strong beer methinks. Or there is Wayne Fontana (Mindbenders fame) he still knocks about Glossop setting fire to the odd car...... ===========================================================

    Well, just heard that according to Glossops (rarely read) Chronicle we have no celebs. left in Glossop (or none that we can afford) (What....not even the python. ) Anyway they are now asking "if anyone knows any celebs who would be willing to turn up and turn the towns lights on to get in touch" So..... any suggestions? There will be free mince pies and mulled wine..
