    There was a Wycombe keeper that seemed to always play brilliantly against us.. Taylor I think his name was. I remember Farrell at Posh ripping us to pieces when they beat us 4-1.

    Bell looked a good player against Liverpool, and according to my brother, was the only decent Luton player against us.

    Clarke scored the goals when he was here couldn't ask for much more. And as for the Southend fans not rating him? They were worshipping him for the majority of the season as he was the only one scoring for them. I think he'd be a good signing and is a different striker to what we currently have.

    Ohh I remember those days, its basically all i've witnessed. Miskelly put in a great performance at Derby away, shamed he ballsd it up when it most mattered.

    I was impressed with Giddings when we had him on loan this season.

    Lidds started well here, then had that serious Achilles injury, in the Moore season, he never has really recovered from that in my opinion. Granted he hasn't lived up to expectations, but he is far better than a lot of dross I have witnessed in my short(ish) time being a Latics fan. On another subject, did we once have that Andy Gray on loan, the one whos currently at Burnley?

    Unexpected revelations.. David Eyres. Signing a 38 (?) year old winger from Preston.. didnt think he'd be as good as he was.. also didnt expect him to stay with us for that long.

    I've been sat in that stand for about 15 years, in a weird way i'll miss the paddock and the drenchings!

    I know I was going to post something like the above. But Sheridans World was getting at the fans like Chickers cough cough, who switched to the paddock this year just in the offchance that they will be moved into the Chaddy or Main Stand when the Lookers is demolished!

    Was going to ask this on another thread. What can the residents do now to prevent anything from being built/how its built? No doubt they will try everything and anything.
