    I hope he starts Vera I reckon we might see the best out of him in a Premier League standard stadium, some players thrive on it and feel at home in these kind of stadiums and I think Urko is one of them. Huge game to kick start our season, whoever is picking the team better not make too many changes.

    Horrendous record in this competition for some strange reason, sure it's 11 first round exits in 12 years or something. Fingers crossed he plays the under 18's and we scrape a 1-0 win.

    Really? I expected better of you. That has nothing to do with it. He hadn't of run their defenders ragged for 75 minutes, they wouldn't have been as tired and could have stopped the winner .. all if's and but's.

    I get your point but it's not something I'd do second game into a season for a team that's just lost, hardly played together, has no connection or confidence. Perfect game for them to gel, get game time and become a unit (if that's even possible)

    That's what a good solid well prepared pre season is for believe it or not .... shouldn't be starting the season using professional competitive matches to test out systems and players, the best XI should be out there every single game.

    Well explain, why do you think it's a good idea to change your captain, change your goalkeeper and make eight changes into just the second game of the season? Are the players tired? Did he not know/does he not know is best XI?
