  1. Killen was far too good for us when fit. Very harsh tarring him with the same brush as that useless little jock !* *Apologies to any Scottish Tics offended*
  2. I know two members of his immediate family. One I know very well, the other I know as the pisshead on the Rifle bus! They both say he has been rushed back from his injury earlier in the season and told to play when injured, culminating in a stand up row between Cuzcsman and Penney prior to boarding the coach for Brentford. That, they say, is the reason he is out so much now.
  3. It's fair to say we deserve much better than the embarrassing brand of football being served up by our current shower of :censored:e and negative manager.
  4. Yes he should, but he won't. TTA won't admit to another mistake. He is here for a further twelve months at least.
  5. Anybody got John Wardle's phone number?? Watch this space....
  6. Like we did the last three seasons and, more often than not, got a result too. I was one of the biggest "Sheridan Outers" around last year. I got my wish and have been shown that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. A clear example of being careful what you wish for. What I would give to see our team play slick attacking football with two up front. This, for me, is far worse than anything under Ritchie, Wadsworth, Talbot and Moore.
  7. I admire your optimism, Harry. Really I do. The bet was only put on by one person, the rest of us couldnt locate a bookmakers. Cheers, Lee.
  8. Yep, all the miles covered, all the money spent and all the times I've been disappointed and I'm not allowed to moan when our "creative midfielder" can't find a blue shirt. All by someone who I'm sure I wont be seeing at Wycombe.
  9. Yes your living in cloud cuckoo land. Surely Scholes has more pride in himself than to lower himself to our sack of :censored:e.
  10. Your welcome DS. I was the guy behind you, boring you all match.
  11. Your being generous. We have a centre midfielder in Dean Furman who was supposed to be so good that we would be selling him on with a massive profit and was going to be our creative spark this season. What a load of :censored:e that has turned out to be. We have another midfielder who lets the game pass him by (Whit). We have players who are uninterested (Smalley, Parker). Things are looking bleak for our club. Finally, we have a manager who goes to teams like Norwich and Charlton and plays the most negative tactics I have seen. Oh for the days when we went to big clubs and tried to win the game, more often than not doing so too! One must have felt sorry for Heff yesterday. On his own up top, long balls punted into the air to him. I have been to all but one (Southend away) of our matches this season, and we seem to be getting worse. As soon as Holt scored, we knew it was game over. This lot are worse than the days of Hotte, Tipton, Allott (as striker), Dudley et al. At least then we tried to attack teams.
  12. I'd rather Graeme Sharp's blue/white army over that clueless ****
  13. Well improve your atmosphere by giving us Kilkenny, Gradel, Snodgrass, Crowe, Michalaik in exchange for Whitaker, Furman, Smalley, Parker and Lomax and then watch how your results change.

    MOTM Vs. Leeds

Couldn't have put it better myself, Randy.
  15. Stranger things have happened, Jamie. We are another Chester/Oxford/Cambridge waiting to happen!
  16. I agree he's a top quality player, definitely a higher level than this. BUT, I could have played against our midfield tonight. Gutless pricks.
  17. Hazel got injured at Walsall. Apparently out for a month. Holdsworth no idea but I assume injured or maybe has this illness that's been going around. Jacobsen - I think DP just preferred Black.
  18. I don't think it helped matters that our best midfielder (by a long shot) played at centre back today due to the managers inability to draft in defensive cover!
