Think your all wishing for a bit too much, how about, messing about having to buy a ticket (Gave my ST up last year- but still been almost every game??? doh!) Get the kids £8 worth of crap food, buy an overpriced programme. Sit and watch Charlton fans sing song after song and then watch as they bang 4 or 5 past us without reply! It could be guff info, the lad is usually ok with the rumours, I'm more worried that bonuses are not being paid, which to be honest in the scheme of things is chicken feed. Lets hope its guff. The upside is Latics are still giving contracts out so you would hope things are ok!

I don't know if this is 100% but does anyone know if latics are staying in a hotel before the Yeovil game? I have heard the players have been told they are travelling tomorrow and they have only been paid basic wages? I hope this is crap, but can anyone could add a bit of substance to the rumour

All I can say is if he is messing about on new deal, due to the current market and the fact hes not scored a senior goal yet, he must have cahooners like bowling balls, either that or his agent is delusional! Good luck to him anyway, he might end up at Newcastle on more money, fester for a couple of years, play a couple of reserve games and find himself loaned out at Port Vale. For his development he has a chance to cement 1st team football next season ply his trade and if hes good enough the clubs will come calling, but this lad is after the money and money talks! Whatever club come in for him lets hope he dosn't end up like Danny P at Chelsea "as part of the home-grown players list" in the Champions league!

I went for Grant, thought he was a great keeper commanded his box well. Hill tho was my second, was class and he was only a young kid as well.

Does anyone have the contact details for Tom Eaves agent? Its just my 9 yr old plays for Chaddy hoppers as a striker and hes looking to move to a bigger club. We are not looking for a big move maybe say Athletico Madrid at first, get a season under his belt and eventually sign for Real Madrid or Barcelona, either of those not fussy. We would consider a summer move maybe to the United States as well just to get a few game in the MLS to keep him ticking over. Like I said nothing flash. My lad has scored 22 this season in the Bury League which by my reckoning is 22 more than Tom so I am not asking for too much. Cheers

Taking of players I wish were at Latics - If Tranmere go down I do like Bas Savage (contract up in summer) and I think he would give us a bit of muscle up front, Abbott/ Savage partnership could work just as well with Guy or Nardiello if we get one of them to sign. Guy can also play right wing, Savage isnt prolific but he does set up alot of chances. Just a thought anyway!

Im glad hes finally broken down, hes looked nothing like the player he has been and lets hope a good rest over the summer will have him firing on all cylinders next season!

One thing I will say Brill has got better since Flahavan has come in, he was dire for the first 10 games and let in some daft gaffs and had no rapor with the back 4. Much better now but would still rather have Fleming back!
