    Well he certainly looks a better player than Sheron in that position, he made a couple of shite long passes but other than that I was quietly impressed with his performance.

    Agreed, we have been carrying Green as a passenger last few games. I would imagine MM wouldn't put up with that.

    He was in some pain straight away, he just brushed the ball girl (is this politically incorrect) and she was OK.

    Surprised how Mcgahey lasted all match, it certainly worked playing him in front of the back 4,he may have his drawbacks but I love his vocality the other players know he is around. It was an improvement on the last few games, we played a bit higher up the pitch, just need Mellon to give us that extra 20 per cent now.

    We can still debate the rights and wrongs, but I agree we need 3 players in and some out.

    We played some poor teams who we should have been handing them their arse. I'm not saying Unsworth would have even got close to that, but we should really be better off points wise.

    You may be right Ben, but I take issue with the fact you say "the squad were performing significantly better". For me the last few games were very Unsworthesque, we may have cobbled some draws out of them but it was a hard watch. I can take unglamorous football if we are turning teams over but we haven't really dominated these games. For my money we need a experienced coach/manager who can get so much more from our squad.

    Sounds like just the man we need, if he wants to win and win now, that suits us, we've had such a long time of not winning that patience isn't in abundance.

    I'd be worried if the club was giving Shitpeas the time of day. We have moved beyond his arse licking, freeloading type hopefully.

    Interesting reading, the 10 consecutive games were a fantastic watch, I still can't believe how bad we were when the run came to an end at Chesterfield, I was only 13 but I'm sure we didn't have a shot on target that day.

    I can't see us winning either, but the tram stops in Alty centre and it is good for beer and food so that's my plan of attack

    The club could have put something on the website to keep people informed prior to receiving the tickets, a little bit of communication isn't hard. I just think the club are a little lacking in this, Rochdale and Fylde tickets are a case in point.

    All of them pretty soon I would imagine. After last Saturday I was giving it a break for a few week, I've no will power so just purchased mine.

    Might get pelters for this, I would play Shelton instead of Sheron in midfield, there is a bit more of a footballer about him.

    This has a feel of they they don't really want us to attend. For all the good happening at the club it seems like the ticketing side of things is being run by a bunch of amateurs.
