  1. Perhaps they loaned Tollitt out because he isn't very good.
  2. I get that, but it leaves Raglan out in the cold, could he be one to leave shortly? He must be frustrated by his lack of game time.
  3. I thought 2nd half we played some decent football, we looked better with the "3" or 5-3-2 or 3-4-3,whatever it was it worked, the goal was a great pass by Mcgahey which was an equally great driven cross from Kitching. We look better with Kitching further up the pitch.
  4. TBF he did well after that, thought Kurt did well when he came on although he should have put that chance away at the end. Hobson is immense can't see him being here much longer, he should be playing in the EFL.
  5. I don't think bender is a person, I may be wrong but I'm sure Ackey said it was a bot.
  6. The problem really is VAR, it is trying to get it it to the minutest distance, let the linesmen and refs get on with it and we can all argue about it afterwards. And football match analysts get rid of them all, show the games by all means but we don't need everything di-secting.
  7. Got to love these thread deviations, from James Norwood to fingers up arses on a rugby pitch.
  8. Correct, for me a player shouldn't be offside if any part of the defender and attacker are overlapping, there should be daylight between the 2. It may cause as many problems as now but for me if more goals get scored so be it.
  9. I gave you my options for midfield in the post you replied to, we don't have to play with an out and out RW.
  10. Lundstram will be a decent player for us, he can't do all the creative stuff on his own, a Gardner type alongside makes it easier for him to be more influential. I'm hoping Ward is back soon as he could be a player who puts us on the front foot a little more.
  11. I'm sure Mellon wants to see what the players can do on the pitch, after today Nuttall has done himself no favours, what he sees in Green to keep starting him is beyond me. I'm sure once Ward Gardner and Dickenson are fit Green will be out of the match day squad.
  12. Yes the ball hit his hand, his hand was within the shape of his body and he certainly didn't move his hand like the ref was insinuating, quite telling that none of their players appealed.
  13. I've managed to put the Fylde performance behind me, as much as they looked decent, are you still suffering trauma from the return journey.
  14. Well the ball did hit hope's hand, the ref insinuated he pulled it back with his hand.
  15. I'd go with Willoughby upfront with Norwood, in his few appearances he has looked lively and with the benefit of a run of games under his belt I reckon he will step up to this level. If they could strike up an understanding we could have a potent strike force on our hands. The caveat being we need to sort the midfield out, if they are all fit I'd go with Gardner, Lundstram, Dickenson with either Sheron or Mcgahey as the cdm.
  16. I didn't think he gave the answer, and I can't help you with it. I fact I did terrible with the quiz.
  17. Lags, I would take every one of Montys posts with a pinch of salt, they are brilliant in their own way.
  18. I was in a car with no sat nav, the diversion signs were non existent, fortunately I headed for Deepdale where I knew and managed to pick up a road for Swinton off the East Lancs.
  19. Good to see he is also owning responsibility, totally unacceptable performance, I hope there is some proper arse kicking going on.
  20. Think David is history, Ron might still be playing the field.
