Im not actually sure you know. It has every game played in pretty much every pro and semi pro league and even academies in the world with stats and full match video so i cant imagine theres a poor bloke locked in a room counting how many times nathan sheron has misplaced yet another 5 yard pass. My guess is its a combination of human and software.

So ive compared 3 other midfielders with similar minutes this season alongside Sheron and Shelton for comparison. Reagan Booty at Gateshead, as we were interested in him over the summer and they are a pass heavy team, Joe Leesley at Kidderminster, as they are a long ball team and Dan Gardner. Ive compiled the pass per 90 and extrapolated the forward passes and shown their accuracy but the problem with forward pass is that it can be sideways but like a yard in front so in an attempt to build an overall picture of their creativity I’ve added passes to final 3rd, through balls, progressive passes per 90 and total expected assists. "Central midfielder: Goals, Chances created, Through passes, Loose ball duels won, Shots on target, Pressing attempts, Assists, Aerial duels won, Interceptions, Defensive duels won" I reckon so yeah

You wouldnt believe it but Shelton (13th) and Sheron (24th) are in the top 30 central midfielders in the league stats wise, according to Wyscout index

Quick, tall, dribbles, can put a good cross in and wins most things in the air. Cartainly Top 5 in the league, if not the best.

We have past league and promotion winners from this league and others, a league 1 striker and defender, the best defender in the national league last year, the best LB in the league and a wealth of strikers most in this league would have no problem putting in their team. I think they are underperforming massively!

Good idea. Only negative is the costs involved. Had a real issue with balls being lost in there and so could help to rectify that, will help to bring the queues down in other stands. Think this could be a factor too.

The man is damned if he does, damned if he doesnt! You're telling him to say something about the pitch invasion but shut up about the refs- something that directly affects his job. Non of his post match interviews have been controversial in my eyes and ive largely agreed with them. Its just sections of our fanbase are determined to disect everything he says negatively.

Just had a right kerfuffle with Bristol City about tickets. Went into Ashton Gate yesterday and bought my away tickets and turns out they where for the home section of the away stand. Just rang Oldham to buy the actual away tickets and they now only have 6 tickets left!!
