  1. Do the football league give out a "draw specialist" award at the end of the season? Didnt go tonight but sounded rather poor bar a few decent flashes. 18th and looking more and more like relegation fodder
  2. Leaves us in the relegation zone after what sounded a dire and woeful performance against a poor and there for the taking Doncaster side. Tough games against Wigan at home and Port Vale away coming up. We have also failed to score more than one goal in a game out of all ten games played this season. I am worried, very worried! But onto Saturday!
  3. @OfficialOAFC: #OAFC TEAM NEWS: Cornell, Dieng, J.Wilson, Burn, Brown, Croft, Winchester, Jones, Yeates, Philliskirk, Poleon. @OfficialOAFC: #OAFC SUBS: Coleman, O'Connell, Eckersley, B.Wilson Green, Bove, Stankevicius.
  4. Full Back with previous spells at burnley, Plymouth, Bradford, bury, Toronto fc and New York redbulls
  5. So with David Dunn in interim charge (provisional based on how results and performances go), will things change around. In the LP interview Dunn looks composed, excited and enthusiastic despite it coming at what doesn't sound like a shock (take note of him saying he didn't expect it to happen so soon). Some positives to look at: 1) his playing experience and contacts in the game far exceed that of Kelly and perhaps to an extent LJ, based on his vast Premier league experience. 2) in his playing days he was a very good midfielder and a real leader on the pitch. Could this transcend onto improvements to our very own (Kelly, Jones, Winchester, Green etc) 3) he has played with the team for a number of games so has seen to some extent the strengths and weaknesses of the lads. 4) he will demand respect and from my opinion has that authoritative figure that Kelly severely lacked. Will it change? We can only hope and believe that he will learn from Kelly's mistakes. All in all we need to get behind him and give him time. On to Doncaster!!!!
  6. Thought he did well and is worth another start next Saturday
  7. Holden looked a broken man on LP Video Interview...
  8. The fact we are relying on a 35 year old to drive the ball forward and create the attack is ludicrous. Jones has moved into the shadows and I don't understand the reasoning of Danny P in DM. I look forward to the excuses splurged out by Kelly on LP and the radio!!!
  9. Utter Dire!! Needs dramatic improvements to both starting 11, formation and through out game tactics!!
  10. Not like any of us wanted to go Wembley anyway... To point out, Bristol City won both the league title and JPT last season!
  11. We have a new stand that one day in the hopefully not to distant future, we will all be sat in
  12. Coleman Brown, Burn, Wilson, Mills Dunn, Jones Croft, Winchester, Forte Turner
  13. Poor 1st half. 2nd half started brightly for which it was a stone wall penalty. Kelly takes croft and dunn off and it all collapses. Forte was dire and clearly unfit! Dieng and jones had good games
