    Everyone knows a new (permanent) manager always wins their first match in charge. So to win this match it's simple, we have just under a week to appoint a new manager.

    Neil Adams. He can bring with him that experienced fella he had working in an advisory role with him at Norwich, what's his name, Joe someone... He didn't really get a fair crack with them, had some good results though before he left. Worth a shot I reckon.

    Providing he doesn't get relegated, he has a job here as long as he wants it. Moving to Barnsley, Peterborough or Coventry would be a gamble, job security wouldn't be as good, although he'd be on for a decent wage rise. I personally think he'll stay, but lose him later on, possibly in the summer if we get a decent top ten finish and there's other jobs available.

    Just searching his name in that well known internet search engine brings up several Barnsley related stories...

    RRE is a better view, Chaddy End has better atmosphere when the fans are up for it.

    Decent keeper, our form turned last season when he got his turn, as it did this season when he got back in after Kenny. Hopefully we won't regret this, our current keepers now have just one appearance between them!

    It's obviously a lucky coat though, he should wear it every week without fail.

    I'll probably watch a Liverpool FA Cup match, it being January.

    Another home tie, haven't all our cup games been at home this season? Should stuff WSM if it's them and the Dickov factor makes Doncaster an interesting one. Would probably get a bigger crowd if it was WSM, weirdly.
