The games changed massivly since the glory days of the 90's, but i agree dave penny was bad, hes the only manager then when latics were 2-0 down takes a striker off and puts a defender on!

Just wondering if anyone else thinks were going backwards with first time Managers, seems to be the same old script lately, with the tough games we have after weekend I'm really struggling to see anything but a bottom 6 finish, Johnson has now said we will go on a run becuase injurered players are back, really cant see it! I am worried we will leave it until the last few games before any changes, I can see the longest serving club in Div 2 "League 1" being relegated by the youngest Manager in the Div! We kept it competative for aslong as possilbe, sounds stupid but the goal helped to lose the fear of who we was playing and started to play some decent football, all in all very happy from the tics and didnt shame ourselves, that being said the tossers who let off flares is another thing! Just got off the phone from my mate "bury fan" after he'd finished laughing on the phone at us signing this chump he told us the nickname bury fans had that sums him up apparently, they called him deadwood as his legs were gone after 15mins appartenly! Dont think you can blame individuals for bad all round team perfomace yesterday. Rooney - One of our higher wage earners bit too slow for me, value for money on goals and performace not really in my opinion, Kirk Miller - Utter tosh Schmeltz - Impact player at best for the last 20 but not great lately Rodgers - Utter tosh x 2 Plummer - Should be doing a YTS in plumming This is totally my opinion but if Tarki goes who is clearly one of our better players I think we may struggle this season with the run of games coming up, Johnson needs his knackers in his hands and make some decisions becasue a few injurys to the likes of harris, grounds, Smith, and clearly been missing weso and dayton were in the sh**e!

Lets just get behind the tics, not great yesterday especially when rough from a night of debauchery but we have a few players out also Dayton just back so needs a few games atleast, on a plus maybe a few signing in transfer could boost the team moral a little, cheers up peeps the glass is half full not half empty! Win or lose get on the booze.........
