  1. Hog roast butties & real ale that's sounds like a cracking start to an away day slightly annoyed I'm going to miss it, if we're in the same league next season I'll be sure to pay it a visit
  2. Yes it's not a great situation to be dealing with but we've got players who can play in different positions and players who can step in, great squad depth this year.. I'd opt for B.Wilson in at CB and C.Brown in RB personally
  3. I liked the look of Lolley at Kidderminster, I recon he could be a top forward in League 1 if Hudds were interested in loaning him out
  4. saw something a few week ago saying the Stockport County get better gates than Rochdale, before we everyone starts sniggering they wasn't to far behind us either
  5. that Joe Pigott at Newport looks all right, he's on loan from Charlton until mid November, granted he might not be the "20 goals a season striker" everyone is looking for but he might be worth looking at if someone snatches Forte or Philly from us in December
  6. I think the argument that a plastic pitch would give us a better advantage at home is a null one, it's not like astro turf anymore it's pretty much like playing on grass but there is financial befits to having one thou in terms of hiring it out and maybe even bringing Yeds back to BP
  7. don't know they think we would buy money pots and coasters that have other clubs badges on like
  8. we could set up an new supporters group at this rate Oldham Athletic Supporters In Scouseland
  9. I haven't bought a replica top for myself since the hundred years of Boundary Park one I don't plan to buy another anytime soon unless we revert back to the blue vertical stripe down a white shirt (circa 00-02) but I do buy them for my son, Thankfully he didn't want the away strip this year as he "wants a blue one" taught the boy well I know, I didn't mind the initial delay as apart of me was hoping that sondico were putting the extra time in to insure that the mistakes made that led to the poor quality of the away strip wasn't going to be continued on to the home strip, however it appears sondico may have bitten off more than they can chew, unless they are willing to offer the home kit at a reduced rate I seriously doubt ill be forking over my hard earned reddys half way through the season to do it all again at the begin of next season, lets hope what ever happens that anymore merchandise from the Astley empire is going to be better quality than the away strip.

  11. Have you seen much of Wes York currently at Wrexham formally of Nuneaton, if so what do you make of him? From the very little I have seen of his he looks top notch but my scouting abilities are not worth much
  12. that's the worst excuse I have heard from a manager since Fergie complained about Uniteds grey away kit somehow effecting his players vision
  13. If they go up we should have um back at BP, we should want to teams striving for success in Oldham not just one

  15. Rosa, take a night off love, you've done enough, put your feet up petal
  16. I'm not in a group, I just spare a few minutes a day correcting left wing dross
  17. Was posting on my iphone and forgot to proof read my post, silly thing to do when there's grammar nazis prowlling about I know.
  18. What an idiot the NO vote has potential saved Scotland from financial crisis the SNP had two years to come up they would support a struggling NHS service & mail service in a country where there's higher unemployment than the rest of Britain with out the loss of jobs or the higher of taxes they could say how they would do it other than saying "we will manage" on the back of that if the YES campaign would of won a number of big companies who employe a vast number of Scottish people would of up sticks and moved down to England
  19. Nobody drafted these groups in but they was welcomed with open arms and it wasn't a PR stunt everybody was welcome from all walks of life too stand for that they believed in and that wasn't about getting pissed outside Greggs Not everything your read from HopeNotHate is true, I'm sure I'd be able to find you interviewers and blogs from these "kermit sections" as you colourfully described them but I have a feeling that you've allready made your mind up and I'd be wasting my time
