    Exactly...your opinion is no more relevant than anybody else's despite what Kowenicki likes to think just for perspective Blackburn's result in the game before us was a 1-0 home defeat to the team in 21st and the game after a 1-1 home draw to bottom club. Bradfords game before us was a 3-1 defeat to 21st in league.

    I am not predicting anything. I am saying that a very good side will finish in top 6. If we don't finish in top 6 we are not a very good side by league one standards. We are currently 19th ....to finish top six we will probably another 61 points from our remaining 33 games. (just for the record by the way I have watched over 1200 Latics games and seen them play on 47 league grounds)

    Really...so where does a very good side finish? 12 th is ipso facto average ......good is probably top 10....very good is play offs......are you predicting play offs ?

    So a caretaker manager takes over from a fans favourite. Turns fortunes around by winning a few games. Becomes a fans favourite instantly. Gets appointed as manager. Gets sacked 4 months later Just saying!

    I think that is the point......the results in the next 2 games are irrelevant to the vision of the investor for after takeover. ....what the next 2 results do though is set a presentational issue if we were to win both. It is quite feasible that had we not won the last 3 the new manager would already have announced. It would worry me if the vision for a multi million pound investment had not been planned and developed over a period and those plans were ditched because of 270 minutes of football

    A cynic is what an idealist calls a realist....i agree with the cynic in you......would be an interesting conundrum for Abdallah if we got 4 or more points from next 2

    It was ink and quill in those days.....once you had written 500 words or more you couldn't really go back and re- arrange your first paragraph etc.....it is an interesting debate as to whether that made essay writing easier or harder or whether the bar should be set higher these days given the scope provided by technology.

    Technically he may be guilty of bringing his employer into disrepute and probably open to discipline for it. However it won't and shouldn't happen
