  1. If McEleney, Pringle and Byrne start hitting their straps, I don't think not having Palmer will be a disaster. Hmm, Rovrum eh? Aren't they the buggers that RW said had outbid us for a striker?
  2. There has to be a reason, but I somehow doubt it was anything Marshallesque. Or maybe it was and it backfired.
  3. You could be right. Memory fades with age. Mine, not yours.
  4. I was stood next to a knobhead at Brizzle Rovers a few years back who was giving Dean Brill pelters before he'd even faced a shot in the warm up. He did shut up eventually; around about the 60th minute as I recall when someone threatened to "do him" if he didn't jack it in.
  5. Pretty low scoring in the Premier League this week, Hometownclub hitting the heights (low ones actually) with just 4 points . Only two players moved up the table, with four dropping down; but not by much either way. Totally different story in the Championship, where even 5, 6 or 7 points was insufficient. No one could match milnrow latics who hit the first attendance maximum of the season . Premier League Championship
  6. May I respectfully suggest you put pen/pencil/quill to paper/parchment and let the club know about this Heheghan bloke? It might just work.
  7. I was listening on iFollow and distinctly heard the stadium announcer say 5072. Posh website has it as 5072 also, so I reckon that's the one we go with.
  8. I predict that someone at Latics will wish they had a better spell checker. Tomorrow’s youth game between Oldham Athletic and York City has been postponed due to a waterlogged pit
  9. Ah, gotcha. Cheers. I don't use photobucket. I've found imgur to be better.
  10. Why is it that I don't understand this? Bear in mind I'm probably being thick, but I don't get it. Be nice to me, please.
  11. I predict it will get dark around 4:30 this afternoon. I also predict that Bryan and Doyle will be back, one sooner the other later and JCH will not be coming to BP. I further predict that our next League game will be on a Saturday in the future.
  12. The way things are going, League 1 for next season is looking like it's mostly sorted. Provided, of course, that everyone joins in again. In the Championship, Singe has learned the hard way that you can only forget to predict so many times before it costs you, although he and a259 are creating quite a gap. Ex_pat makes a decent challenge for the top in the Premier League; Stevie_J needs to look over his shoulder. Very tight with the top 5, though. So, a shout out to those who've apparently thrown the towel in over recent weeks, come back and give it another crack. You've paid your money, so you'd might as well. Premier League Championship
  13. No McEleney or De La Paz either. For Christ's sake Johny, don't get injured.
