  1. If causing deaths and covering them up should be rewarded with a job for life and a pension on top, then you might as well close the prisons. People go to prison for far lesser crimes, being better at covering it up is not a reason to let this lot off.
  2. Posting speculation as fact mc-liar. Did you read Corney's promises of a stadium to be proud of? Unfinished, unfunded, failing to wipe its own feet. Anything to say on Corney? Your little love?
  3. Fair comment, my ignorance on that one (to all that called it) But who the hell has called for Scholes? Another lie thrown down
  4. You didn't answer the question. Another misplaced assertion, or to put it very simply a lie. Corney's trying to sell the club just like I'm trying to sell the right to live in a terraced house in shaw, without owning it, but paying all bills and liabilities including mortgage, taxes and utilities. And I wwant the cost of numerous failed improvements. A snip at £500k. Quite simply, you can sell anything, as fast as you like, but only if the price is attractive. He wants more than it's worth, and that's the only thing he's trying to achieve.
  5. Where's the people saying we should go out of business? You're completely bankrupt, claiming to call out liars but repeatedly to posting your own speculation as if its fact. You call others morons, know nothings and all sorts of other nonsense but you're far more of a bull:censored:ter and have no moral compass. You've lost the plot with the way you refer to others. It begs the question of why you defend Corney so vehemently?
  6. Name the ones it worked with.. I think they were all players with a decent playing and/or coaching career at this level or above. Moore, Shez, Dickov, Johnson all knew this level of football well. Kelly and Robinson didn't and have come unstuck.
  7. Where did I suggest admin? Where did I say koucash would hand over £300k? I responded to your statements, you're trying to twist my responses. Do you think that Corney is the only person in the world who could run the club?
  8. Is that speculation or do you have some survey results to back that up? I think it's a wild self-justifying claim. If fans knew the state of the club 90% would rather have their own club's position.
  9. Ok, you're right. It can't all be lies, there's rank incompetence in there too.
  10. Say Corney had planned the north stand better and had been honest about the cash available? Say Corney had planned better and stuck to £4m build cost? Say Corney had reviewed the business case and ensured there was a reasonable prospect of additional income to support the investment? Say Corney had a plan to open the stand as a big event generating good publicity? Say, Corney could have done a little better couldn't he? And, btw, there are plenty of people who could raise £300k if needed. Koucash for one, but we wouldn't want an owner who over invests in players would we?
  11. £300k from a £6m investment? But take off the ticket money we'd have got anyway and you're left with £50k or less. There's no evidence the stand is flourishing
  12. Brassbank won't be paying off the £6m construction cost of the stand as it's an OAFC asset and the debt is on OAFC accounts. OEC pay their rent ( and apparently no one knows what the basis of that is) and that's where their contribution ends. Meanwhile OAFC get £300k of income, of which about £240k is from season tickets which would have been received without the stand. The net additional income is therefore about £60k against a £6m investment. Great planning and implementation by the club.
  13. Yeah. And resigns. I'll write it for him... "I have done everything I can in difficult circumstances but have not achieved the level I set myself. I feel it is best that I leave now to allow time for a new appointment and opportunity to assess the squad and build a team to retain league one status." Then Corney appoints barraclough and mckay whilst Fletcher and godber take the piss.
  14. Identify the problem? Maybe with a mirror? Who signed the players, who organised the players? Who motivated (sic) the players?
  15. Anyone remember "comical Ali" - the Iraqi spokesman who kept defending the regime despite a litany of defeats.
  16. It's one or the other. If we stand together and no one renews or pays on the gate , we'll go down, probably. And so what? Corney will take us down anyway. But it might just devalue the remaining potential assets enough to make him fold and give the club some sort of viability.
  17. If it's called off Corney will want people to pay in again.
  18. This ref is crass. He's just waved play on after a player fell over his own feet
  19. People suggested PR should have had the team watching curzon v Wimbledon - but as cautionary, not inspirational
  20. We can see what he does - we see it every game. Nothing that makes a jot of difference. How many points do we get for an A4 page full of notes?
  21. Serious question : If we'd picked a manager at random from the conference, would we be doing any worse?
  22. 88/89 that one I think - my second year supporting Latics and first away at Maine Rd
