  1. "There's a fear factor when we play at home because the fans do get on our backs quite quickly, but it was deserved today and we gave them nothing to shout about." So he's saying that today, for a change, the fans were right to get on the players backs. But the other times they were not? He clearly is having a go at fans.
  2. It's what YOU are supoosed to do; you're made that way. Some of us have ambition for things we care about.
  3. As we both know, that is not information that can be shared, apart from the last time when bazza made up the numbers.
  4. "Income is £70k a month below forecast, the club is up for sale to anyone daft enough to make good the losses on TTAs bad business decisions and other than that a steady decline awaits" Or a different load of bull:censored: that isn't based on facts either.
  5. We signed a guy who'd never managed, who few had heard of. His pedigree was only enhanced by the progress of NI at the Euros. How much of that was him and not the manager? He then signed a few Scottish league players and a few players who couldn't get into other league 1 teams. People had blind optimism when Dazzler came. What evidence really demonstrates that Robinson is a far better appointment?
  6. That doesn't stack up with the claims that the new stand is bringing in additional income above the repayments against debt.
  7. If you are right that he needs to put the entire wage bill in from his own pocket, then takings must be barely covering all other costs. That suggests we are in trouble - purely based on your conjecture
  8. I don't believe any of it because we have already been told by the trust rep and others that the budget has been increased, so why would Corney need to put in £140k?
  9. Who would accept a rookie manager (is this the same guy who's been described as a key target / a motivator / tactician) and a team full of strangers (who are all better than Kelly / Holloway etc) would be a perfectly acceptable set up and no reason to level any criticism at the club? You're contorting your statements into a complete tangle just to avoid accepting that things are not currently working.
  10. Your obsession with me is as pathetic as your maths.
  11. Says who? Corney. Also, I hope you have a good lawyer - that comment is potentially slanderous unless you have evidence
  12. How are we actually doing as a club over the last 4 years? Do you think it's all good? I'd like to see some hope, because we are losing supporters every year and there's a risk that the club dwindles away. Part of that requires secure finances and plans to move forward. The way the construction dragged (and still does) and the lack of completion (and un-used space) doesn't fill me with confidence.
  13. Also NZ, if you're not worried about the club, why are you so angry that I am? Why do you feel the need to tell anyone whose concerns you don't agree with to shut up?
  14. It's good to get this, as it's the sort of info others have said we can never be told. Is this actual current income or projections? I've no recent knowledge of commercial rental rates, maybe others do, but those levels seem high given that the SD deal including naming is about £250k per annum. The gym will bring in another amount, but what else is currently coming in? OEC don't appear to be generating enough business to make profits to add another £250k
  15. You've clearly moved forward, now being able to take on board the lessons I've given you so far, but you're still struggling with a few things. Firstly, I'm not angry, but I am concerned that the club has spent 20 years in the same division and attendances have declined throughout that time. Other than that, yes, I have emailed the trust. The email came back as undeliverable.
  16. Great work. Hey, why don't you tell me how what you "feel" will make the club a much better, like, sort of, thing. Hey it's all fluffy and nice in pretend world, where money doesn't matter. And like the next guy says, they are queuing up to throw money into the club without any return. Dream on sugar plum. Or maybe it's £340k a year to repay £6m and takes 25 years. You'll need £340k of profit btw, not just income.
  17. Explain how long it takes to repay £6m from profit. Or just assume it'll be ok. Go on, have a go. Do a few calcs. But remember there's no additional gate revenue.
  18. Some are sure there's no problem, no concern, no issue. You paint those with concerns in a very extreme way. You don't have to think someone is a crook to not believe that they may be incompetent or even don't share your desire for the club. Do you believe the new stand wipes it's own feet financially? £6m of investment to repay? Plus interest? From what additional revenue and against what costs? Without any additional gate money.
  19. If they pay a set rent it means little other than the sustainability of OEC. However I would suggest that only a FA member can hold FA events, therefore any income from the event would be club related and should go to OAFC. I'm sure the trust will confirm this via their director who is on the club board.
