    Read that snippet and it reads very well. I don’t think the team will be in any doubt about who is in charge and it sounds like he won’t suffer fools . He also expects a good work ethic. I think it’ll do some of our lot the world of good. Maybe one or two it won’t suit .

    I didn’t actually realise how decent his record was in management until I read up on him. He’s proven and I think the board have done right with him.
