razza699
OK lads, can you keep it to PM's please? Cheers, Ack Sorry. Back to football. What keepers are available? Is Lee Grant in the Sheff Wed first team?
RoytonBlueLad
Yes he is. Nice try going for Kasper. Plenty of others out there, sure we'll pick one up. Just a matter of how long Crossley is out for and how long the team loaning the keeper out will allow us to have him for.
MaskedOwl
Seeing as Shez is looking at prem clubs, Everton have a few keepers on their books. Turner or Ruddy? Would they loan one out to their giant slayers though....
PointonsTache
What about Ferdinand from Man Ure? RIO, he takes it up the nose, he takes it up the nose, he takes it up the nose! RIO!

Would they loan one out to their giant slayers though.... Jason Brown, former Gillingham keeper, at Blackburn could be worth an ask? He'd probably fit in with our current style of defending (being a little guy for a keeper). Edit: Scratch that, he's backup keeper since Blackburn got rid of three keepers on loan. mcgoo_84
Seeing as Kasper Schmeichel isn't available, why don't we go for his dad, he wasnt too ba?d back in the day?!! That would be in keeping (sorry, no pun intended) with our pensioner goalkeeper policy (Crossley, Beresford etc) Edited March 13, 2008 by mcgoo_84
pukka
Ruddy from Everton would do for me.
OldhamSheridan
Ruddy from Everton would do for me. He's on loan at Stockport.

OldhamSheridan
wont get him then! Long shot could be Ian Walker from Bolton. Hasn't played a game for Noblot this season and isn't their backup keeper. Might require a pretty hasty recall ability for them to let him go out though. RoytonBlueLad
Tom Heaton from that other lot down the road? As has been said Turner at Everton, maybe even a keeper from a Southern club he could meet us down there. Jimmy Walker at West Ham?

PointonsTache
Off Topic when did Scott Spencer join Macclesfield?????? Dunno, but just looked at the Macc site and they don't even know where spencer came from! it says 'on loan from Not Yet Known', did he just turn up with amnesia like harold bishop? He was at yeovil at one time wasn't he (spencer not bishop! lol) Wasn't SS meant to be the next best thing since life began!? If he has signed a perm deal with the silks, a bit of a fall from grace methinks. Edited March 13, 2008 by PointonsTache
