Diego_Sideburns
I tried to do this with Hartlepool last year (only one where I have insider knowledge) but it wasn't a great success. Then again it was more about the journey than the food (but if you take ages with the journey- you don't get to sample as much of the food). If you can find it (feel free to add my tips on the end of your report there- a mention would be nice though) I'd be interested to know if football grounds guide have been in touch Diego as a lot of your info seems taken straight from their site (in a very similar format) and although facts are facts and they can repeated ad nauseum (I think) some of it is similar enough that I've noticed (and I'm sure they would if they ever saw your reports) I gather the info from several sources (and personal knowledge) to save others the trouble of doing it themselves. I'll try to find your Hartlepool info.
OldhamSheridan
I'll try to find your Hartlepool info. I think several people stopped eating altogether beyond Hartlepool after being poisoned a couple of years ago. I will repeat this yet again. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD THERE. I'll try to find your Hartlepool info. Fair do's I could see little touches of Diego in there and probably a bit of real ale guide but it was noticeable that a lot was in common with the site I mentioned. Like you said you do it to save other people from doing it themselves and I applaud you for taking time out of your retirement to do so. flytrap
Latics' steak pie was often the most enjoyable thing about BP last season!
OldhamSheridan
I like the Hartlepool food. I put Corps' loss of Oldham fans down to the 500 that died the day after eating that stuff. Life in your own hands.
sjk2008
Latics' steak pie was often the most enjoyable thing about BP last season! Biggest Pie: Everton Best Pie: Scunthorpe...Bootyful Worst Pie: Burnley (Lets just say If i had been one of those hooligan type fans and thrown my pie at Ade Akinbiyi's cranium in the League Cup a while back, it would have knocked him clean out!
