singe Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 Some people are depsreate for things to be miserable. It is already being said we are going to be a little bit less budget, sensibly so. Given we had so many huge earning "stars" we are going for solid players I would think, on sensible wages. Long way to go yet, try not to "peak" too early... Lee - from what I say in fleeting glances (Crewe away especially) think he could be a great player at this level Whits - again can be a great player at this level. Confident DP can get the best out of him Purdie - not sure. But player of the season at a club that would have finished in the play-offs in League 2 (and the way that decent L2 teams come into L1 and do well, the difference is minimal between the leagues for me).
