Latics_Al
As detailed on the Official site back in Sept. All local residents recieved a letter today detailing the planning application. It can be accessed on line here; http://planning.oldham.gov.uk/planning/aco...Systemkey=42555 With a pdf of the "design and access statement" is here; http://planning.oldham.gov.uk/AcolnetDocs/...es/132945_1.pdf
Diego_Sideburns
Thanks Al for the detailed information. A much better development prospect for local residents than the previous scheme. However, it'll be very interesting to see if the residents' action group raises once again the issue of the alleged restrictive covenant on some or all of this land. Now why would anyone oppose this small, yet wonderful, development?
leeslover
Now why would anyone oppose this small, yet wonderful, development? It’s not exactly ambitious is it, two storey buildings, when the original plans were for at least 7? Yet there is no statement from the club about why they have scaled down the original plans. LaticsPete
Now why would anyone oppose this small, yet wonderful, development? Because it doesn't show enough ambition?
garcon
Hmm... I wonder how much the 4 bed detached will go for?
OminousPoultry
Because it doesn't show enough ambition? Holroy Developments - you're small time. No ambition, small time. Just small. Look at where your rivals are now - they didn't get they are now by thinking small - show some business sense and think BIG. Prestige Residential Developments Limited and Hillstone were in this league 20 years ago - look at them now.....

Corporal_Jones
It might be me. Sitting here wondering when the idea of Latics having ambition became a joke in the eyes of long-term Latics fans. Tick tock etc.
