Why would their club pay for them to be injured on loan with us? would have thought there was clauses or something to say if they are injured we don't pay them or send them back. Especially if some of them have not been playing regular for their own teams?? Or is that too much to hope for !!!!! They're not exactly in the shop window (unless the physio's room is in a supermarket). We could send them back, but then when they're fit again I doubt we could re-loan them - it would be taking the mickey a bit. "He's injured, we don't want to pay his wages. Yes good business sense to have a clause in , Remember loans work both ways , they have a player not doing much on the bench or in the reserves and costing them wages .Clubs don't loan you a player as a favour they do it for there own gain. But I suspect we're paying the wages of the players we're taking on loan (maybe I'm just cynical!) and I doubt their clubs will want to pay for their recovery time unless we send them back.
