I am comfortable with you using said personal data to batter me with 'personalised' adverts for things I don't want. I am comfortable with you holding all that personal data on a computer powerful enough to alter the gravity of the planet, with the security of a 20 year old transit van. I am comfortable with all of that because you offer a search facility unparalleled for speed and efficiency. I use you on a daily basis to find things. You're the best, you really are. Microsoft, meanwhile, are on their third incarnation of search facility. It's sucked from the start and continues to suck now. Most annoying is the giant image they force upon me every bloody day. I have Flickr, DevArt, Redit, Fark, Digg - I don't need my search engine to show me an image, I will use it to search for them if I care that much! So why, in the name of Christ, have you copied the far inferior Bing and forced upon me a godawful image of a sand dune? Why? WHY GODDAMMIT!? Yours, Pissed Off.
