Having done exactly the same - i feel for the lad because it's a horrible injury and the recovery is a nightmare. He'll be out for the season.....good luck to him and his recovery! To have suffered so much from injuries at that age may force him to call it a day, as he'll be behind other lads by the time he's fit. Suspect he won't be here next year - he only got s one tear deal given his poor injury record. I hope I'm wrong on this, of course. Gutted for the young lad, and I echo what’s been said – I think this injury spells the end of his career at Latics – his injury record is very poor and this serious injury will pretty much rule him out of the season. It’s a shame as I saw him a few times for the youths & reserves; and whilst he’s not the biggest physically; he’s a box of tricks and pacey – I thought he’d figure at various points this season if he’d stayed fit. Very bad news for him, was only given a 1 year deal because of his injury problems last season. He has looked a promising player from what I've seen and heard. I think that's the best he can hope for really - a long(er) contract surely wont be tabled after this injury & his track record injury wise? Poor lad, I feel for him - gutting.....
