BP1960
Tomos Clarke http://www.oldhamath...rke-380111.aspx Saw him play for reserves recently, did well, a very big centre back, used the ball well, I didn't realise he's only 16 as he gave such a mature performance, looks like another good prospect from the TP conveyor belt. Definitely one to keep an eye on. He's the one between the 2 keepers http://www.oldham-ch...are-role-models This seasons youth crop seems the best for some years and I'm looking forward to some good cup runs from them. I think that might have been Tomos Jones, this one is Tomos Clarke from Bangor I understand.
Crusoe
I think Tomos Jones is a right back, Clarke is a centre back. Could be wrong. Clarke is 16, Jones is 18.

Looks like Latics have a good North Wales scouting set up, Neil Eardley was from that area.
Crusoe
And Sean Eardley before him (there was a shame).

Yes, he was a good prospect too, pity the network wasn't going when Neville Southall was kid...any more North Wales greats ?

Lags
I believe we had first dabs on the kids Man Ure had decided to reject, due to Priest's contacts.
BP1960
Watched Clarke again yesterday in the youth team, looks a fine prospect, must be one of the biggest young centre backs here for many a long year, even though only 16 he looks to have the presence and composure to make an early first team breakthrough. Match report says he played well too. http://www.oldhamath...ort-383841.aspx Edited September 24, 2012 by BP1960
