Will we stay up? If not, who's to blame?

Personally, its a tough one! There are games when you think we have enough to stay up and games where we don't. Looking at the fixtures till the end of the season, what games are there for the taking, and those for a point?

We've got enough to stay in this league - just.

 

IF we did go down though - the blame couldn't just be focused at one person - it's a collection of factors that will have cost us.

 

Dickov has to take some of the blame - shortsightedness in games, lack of substitutions and lack of tactical awareness has cost us many times this season - however, moments of brilliance do occur in games - the Preston game was an example of this - very inconsistent

 

The Players have to take the majority of the blame, they have under-performed massively this season, on paper we were looking like a mid-table, even play-off contenders - but lackluster performances and lack of fire power have cost us this season - the linesmen also chipped in alot with offside decisions going against us alot!

If we persevere with Dickov, I honestly think we'll be relegated.

I went 'I think mid-table is achievable' because with the players we have, it definitely is and 14th should be the minimum place we finish. If we keep Baxter we will stay up, the players we have are good enough to be challenging for the top ten.

I think this could be the season we make the drop, hopefully not! Despite what people say on here I think we have a pretty crap team and with or without PD we will struggle.

still think we will stay up, surely what has happened with the gardening thing PD has had the proverbial kick up the ass, the next few weeks will be a pointer to how we are going to fare for the rest of the season. I still have faith (just).
