LaticsPete
List of all gate averages (for league matches) for last two seasons. We were down about 300 per match in the season just gone. http://www.bbc.co.uk...ngland-22541130 Some big fallers - Chestefield, Carlisle. Scunthorpe , Notts County, PNe, Hartlepool and Bury. Coventry down by about 5000. Burnley took a probably bigger decline in % terms than us too. Edited May 21, 2013 by LaticsPete
Stevie_J
Pretty worrying, given that that accounts for the £10 season ticket being introduced too - all the more reason to keep it going, if you ask me.

Agreed. Times are tough for lots of clubs at lower levels and thats why we need to keep such intiatives alive. Interesting that Tranmere had a significant increase, presumably on early season success. They could feel the pinch of shattered expectations in the coming season....I
the_mighty_bosh
I'd be surprised if it didn't go up next year with Wolves coming down, Sheff Utd staying down and Bradford coming up, with none of the teams leaving the division likely to bring a big following (except maybe Pompey). GlossopLatic
We lost Sheffield Wednesday Huddersfield and Rochdale from 2011/12 which made a difference this season but next season we lose Brentford, Yeovil and Doncaster, Wolves alone will take twice as much as all 3 of them put together minimum. we are also gaining Bradford who if there resurgence continues could bring a few aswell. No, thanks to Marcello Trotta, we didn't 'lose' Brentford.
