BP1960
After a good first half hour when England went 2 up the game petered out. I thought most of the better England performances came from those who have been out loan, especially Adam Armstrong and Patrick Roberts and a few would struggle with the physicality of Division One. The Dutch offered little and look in decline. Edited October 5, 2016 by BP1960

The Dutch offered little and look in decline. Thought that England's number 2 was very composed on the ball going forward and numbers 7 and 11 impressed Holland's number 4 was self assured and passed the ball well from the back England gained a deserved victory, would hope that 3 or 4 may make it to the first team Edited October 5, 2016 by stevesidg
Diego_Sideburns
It would have been good to put shirt numbers to the names listed in the free programme, but any announcements through the PA system couldn't be heard in the North Stand. stevesidg
Any idea on the attendance? Not official, but I'd say around 1,000Only north stand , family stand open and a small number in main stand Disappointing
HarryBosch
It was alright wasn't it. Forwards wanting and trying to score goals. Novel. I wonder how close we really were to signing Harry Chapman when the rumour was doing the rounds. He was excellent.

Diego_Sideburns
The first goal came in a move involving 14 passes. I doubt whether I've seen 14 passes put together in a move by Latics in the last few years.
