  1. Maybe we allowed ST holders more than one ticket without publicising the fact. Common sense ruling at last. No queues today so vast majority of genuine fans sorted already.
  2. Thanks a lot AGM. The downside for you is that I will now be able to post more often.
  3. I have recently bought a Tab 2. When I try to reply to a post the thread flips to the top as soon as I start typing., so I can't see what I am typing and have to keep scrolling down to check it. Any ideas please?
  4. I have exactly the same problem but on a Samsung Galaxy S3. I don't know what Safari means. How do I switch back please. Cheers.
  5. I didn't know about that loophole in the regs. Next time we score I'm going to have a pint and a fag (cigarette) in my seat whilst shouting some racist homophobic abuse.
  6. We used to have a membership scheme for non ST holders. I was a member in the 89/90 season and was automatically in the second tranche of ticket sales. I seem to remember there was a reduced entry price, so if you went to enough games it paid for itself. Something along those lines would help in situations like this.
  7. We nearly lost the small section of the RRE to Everton fans because of this kind of behaviour, now that would have seriously affected the atmosphere in their favour. There would be no less atmosphere if the creche moved to the middle of the section. It is the insistence on standing as close as possible to the away fans that is causing friction with the stewards, who are then only trying to enforce the stadium rules. My mate was ejected from the Lookers paddock for refusing to sit down in a cup game against Wolves, there were thousands of away fans standing up, but the stewards went for the easy target. I saw the drummer, he was a young lad and that easy target. Don't make yourself that target. Banter with the away fans is great, I despise the Dongs and all they stand for. Chanting "you've got no history" and "Wimbledon" is fine and I sang along. Singing "you fat bastard" at an individual woman I found disgusting. If all you want to do is sing and support the team, fantastic. But don't fuvk it up for everyone in the home quarter finsl.
  8. Not one quote of what I posted, but plenty of words put in my mouth. Do any of you criticising me think that the chants that I actually quoted got the ground rocking?
  9. I have been explaining our :censored: league form in the league to mates as a deliberate ploy to lull cup opponents into a false sense of security. Moyes would be too smart to fall for that, so we took the win.
  10. The atmosphere is down to what happened on the pitch and the crowd in general being up for it. Whether or not I start songs is immaterial,
  11. Get that genuine RRE "atmosphere" with this new live recording featuring the Rocky Creche accompanied by a moronic grade one drum beat. Sing along to such classics as: You fat bastard...(to a woman) Your support is :censored:ing :censored:... :censored: steward, :censored: steward.... Deano Deano give us a wave And the classic; get your tits out for the lads Moving to the main stand next season #:censored:wits
  12. I thought that. Maybe if new manager isn't imminent he wants to watch from the side with his coaching brief
  13. Getting his excuses for Real Madrid in early. If they lose it's the fault of the fixture schedulers, their game with Everton is being shown live on Sky on Sunday. He enjoys spending their money, but winges when they want to schedule live matches. Cock. If they were playing on Saturday he would probably complain that his international players didn't have time to recover.
  14. JFK airport was closed by blizzards today. Let's hope that he can get back quickly to get it sorted.
  15. I thought people said FACT as a piss take of Benitez in his famous Libpool press conference.
  16. I say get Sarah Lee in. It might improve the quality of the catering.
  17. If he's been interviewed then he's being seriously considered. I am aghast.
  18. Chip off the rocket scientist's block. I thought his grammar was good. The lad knows how to handle a possessive apostrophe.
  19. Anyone know how old mini Dowie is? Obviously has a bearing on how much he is likely to be told.
  20. My first full season of watching Latics was 73/74, we spent the ensuing twenty plus years in the top two flights of English football. In that time we had one change of manager. The Frizzell / Royle era lasted around a quarter of a century and saw us move from division 4 to division 1 plus the fantastic cup runs. I appreciate these are different times snd it also requires loyalty from the manager (Joe and Citeh) but some of these club owners need to appreciate how often success is built on stability.
  21. He must have been knackered when we played Plymouth away
