  1. Barring the uncomfortable on the ball bit, it could be you Mr Sinnott
  2. No chance of picking a formation or style with so many changes in store. Pick a system based on your personnel I'd say.
  3. Deep down he will know that he has been unable to produce what he was once capable of, which will have frustrated him no end - The ageing procees unfortunately Shefki. Although he will feel 'fit' enough in himself, the ball he used to reach, the shots he used to fire and the runs he used to make will have all appeared really hard work to him in the 2nd half of the season. The brain may be will ing, though sadly for him, his body is no longer. As for the 'he can feck off' - don't quite understand that reaction either towards a guy, whom has contiributed as much as anyone in a disappointing season and contributed what he can - there's been no half measures from him I bet. An honest, hard working Pro who sadly, has had his best days.
  4. If you're not happy about the way stewards 'steward', volunteer and make a difference!! Or maybe that would change your perceptions a tad.........
  5. We don't want one, them Gerries don't Hit ler ball very well
  6. If it made me so 'fed up' I'd stop going. Paying for something that you clearly don't enjoy......Either that or you do enjoy it really, but the negative attention is so goooood!!
  7. Yes to all 3. Stability on the pitch must be maintained as stability off the pitch is a tad fragile to say the least. Ever changing managers and players is no good to man nor beast
  8. The most successful manager we have had is merely mid table? Lies, damn lies and statistics
  9. I wouldn't say this is going to appeal to the masses... Are most of our fanbase company owners?
  10. Not had one for the last 4 years and won't be again. Grassroots for me again
  11. Sprayed passes, tricky wing play and a Dodge in the box header - If Carlsberg did goals.........
  12. Firstly, there was never a claim regarding understanding more - I suggested some may not understand - That is, I believe a reasonable assumption to make. Secondly, I have not questioned whether he has been rushed back 'quickly' as you say - I suggested and I'm sure you will know this, given the expertise that you and your family have on this matter - That it takes players games (there was no set amount given) to regain their full match fitness after a lengthy lay off (a couple of months is lengthy enough imo) As you also probably know, not all players have the same ability to regain their fitness as quick as others and Reid is one who I think takes longer to hit 'full steam.' So please don't 'assume' that I was claiming to 'understand more' - It was never stated. Thank you
  13. Some fans' favourite saying of "I pay my money, so I'm entitled to have a say......", surely, the same must go for the Chairman, who is reported to be losing money, is more than entitled to express his opinion. Good for him.
  14. Good post, the last part some people seem to forget/don't realise/just don't understand. Then you get questions like this topics 'not fit or can't be bothered?' Fitnes these days IMO is 9/10ths of the game at pro level and if you are nowhere near your best, boy can you tell. The guy needs games, stay injury free, then begin to judge him I would say. Reid would be the first to admit it and will hate having to play not up to full match fitness, but the only way to get there is to play the minutes below par, which he is doing now.
  15. A guy that it took the best part of 20 years to return to his old club is hardly likely to set up a twitter account in his name followed by the same club now is he?? Roger Palmer on Twitter - Not on your nellies
  16. Played with both of joes lads.... Darren was certainly more gifted than lee, but lee enjoyed his footy and took it far less serious. A big unit was darren - both lovely guys.
