    Good signing, I was expecting an untried kid from somewhere like Coventry. Hopefully it works out like the signing of Winjhard did for us, pretty sure he wasnt that prolific or had played a lot before joining us. Yet he banged in 10+

    Both are good players, both versatile as well. Winchester will go first, already involved in International football- be surprised if there hasnt already been some interest.

    Few decent tracks, but bit over hyped. Too much of the Kanye show. No Church in the Wild is my favourite off it.

    Reid is one of those players the majority of Latics fans will abuse as he doesn't run around like a headless chicken, chasing down defenders for 90 minutes and winning the odd throw-in in the opppositions half. A-la Paul Warne- who was loved by the majority, yet I think is one of the most "over rated" players in a Oldham shirt i've ever seen. Reid is a technically good player, and will bag given a good run in the team- something which he hasnt had for a while in his career. Never mind at Oldham.

    This squad is probably up there with the weakest i've seen in my time watching Latics. Staying up will be a huge achievement, even if we do bring in a few new faces. Get what you pay for and all that.

    Our left back is a hell of a lot weaker. I expected Black to be mentioned in this thread, not Kieran Lee! Defo agree he could do a job in midfield if needed.

    In my opinion he's not. Often beaten by his man too easily giving free crosses away. And clueless going forward. Plays a lot more pointless balls down the line than Eardley ever did- the same sort Neal got booed for. Easily better out there.

    Need a new left back, Paul Black isnt good enough.

    We wouldnt know if he was a "lethal finisher" as 1. He was barely on the pitch.. and 2. When he was on the pitch he was never in the box, and never in any position to shoot. Up there with the worst i've seen and my days we've had some :censored:e.

    Have we attempted to patch the Chaddy up? To me the stand has never ever changed in my time watching Oldham, the only thing that changes is the white paint on the roof fades more and more each year.

    Had 2 songs, The Cave and Little Lion Man. Even they sounded awful. Up there with the worst I've seen.

    Everything and anything by The Strokes, just seen them at Benicassim. They were top drawer. I have just relegated everything on my iPod by Mumford and Sons they were absolutely woeful!

    The "Charlton are also set to complete the £400,000 signing of Danny Green from Dagenham" most important line on there, how the hell are Dagenham getting more for him, than we have for Stephens?

    I saw them at Leeds fest in 2005, they were good. I feel their music overall is a little over rated. But meh.

    Knew he would yes. Its the way he's gone about it thats riled them. A bit Iain Dowie esq with us.

    Top live band even if their music doesnt do much for me. They are probably up there with the best i've seen live. Monkey Wrench, The Last Song, Times Like These and Learn to Fly are probably the only songs I really like.
