    I think you are bang on with the heat of the moment theory. Ref- I saw nothing. What did you see? Liner - nothing. Ref- lots of shouting going on though. Liner- yep and the fourthy is waving at me. And we're in front of the home end. Ref- yep that's it then deffo pen.

    Huge win and a clean sheet for them at Nuneaton today. Don't know if our boys played. They are just hanging on in national league North. Ahead of fake United. Wonder if the press will make as much of their demise as they did of their inception. No, me neither.

    I would agree. I put the 'was adamant' in quotation marks because thats what McCann said. Whats it got to do with the fourth official anyway.

    Listened to radio Sheffield on the way back. Grant McCann said it was the 4th official who 'was adamant it was a penalty. Would he have had a telly? Otherwise he was further away than the liner.
