What was it like last season? The guy who has done it for last couple of seasons was here pre-season but someone else has been doing it since the season started. Been harder to hear the new lad in main stand aswell.

McLaughlin/Croft

Erwin
Mckay
Replace Flynn with one of McLaughlin/Jahraldo-Martin, we need someone who will stay out wide and stretch the game. McLaughlin might not have done much yet, but he hasn't been match fit and was highly-rated by Barnsley fans. Needs to play a few games to get match-fit, it won't happen getting 10,20 minutes here and there. Croft to replace Klok as he'll offer us a bit more quality on the ball.
I think so, Motherwell fans said that Law wasn't an attacking full-back whereas we know Dummigan will overlap and Reckord looked to get to the by-line in pre-season whereas Dunne tends to stick further back.
What position did Flynn play for Sheff Utd?
On the lack of width, I think that will improve once Dummigan and Reckord come into the team, they are both more attack minded than Law & Dunne.
It's not really that horrendous when you consider it was a home game costing £5 to get in against football league opposition after 3 away games on the run.
If anyone ever wanted an example of a OWTB overreaction...
Many have said that they will watch us against league opposition and boycott games against U-23's. That is slightly different to supporting a team that has been moved 40 miles or whatever away.
Saw him sprint for the first time during a game.
If he is to make a career in football it'll out playing out wide like Johnson played him rather than in the middle. He doesn't have the stamina or the physical attributes to be a CM.
Alternatively, Mckay played the no 10 role in the second half and looked decent there.
It's nice to see we have a selection problem upfront due to players playing well rather than picking the least :censored:.
Whilst Banks looks to move the ball forward, he takes too long to do it. Always seems to need to take 5 touches and do a couple of turns before eventually passing. Poor set pieces aswell, even if he did score a cracking goal.
Its a weird one with Kettings. The two times he came he dealt with it relatively well by catching and then getting a decent punch on the ball. But most of the time he seemed :censored: scared to come off his line and the defence didn't help.
Played well tonight. Had one ruled out for offside, put himself about a bit and soon as he received the ball he looked towards goal. Faded second half which is to be expected, but their CB still couldn't catch him.
Looks like we will have decent competition with strikers for once with Ladapo, Erwin, Osei and Mckay (& Cassidy).
Only watched the draw for second round, but it seemed a stupid way of doing. Whats wrong with picking out one ball for the home team and then the next ball is the away game?
Back on topic, I'll be attending because it's against a league team. Any games against U-23 then won't attend.
