I don’t think he’s anywhere near ready. More likely to be a Brendy Glackin than anything. only thing I would say is a lot of his goals seem to fall at his feet I.e he’s in the right position but he’s physically lacking

Every single manager in this league would get more out of this squad than Unsworth is getting. Results are short term, performances give a true indication of where a team is at and there is nothing cohesive or progressive about what we’re seeing. Thought it was noticeable when Gardner went down that the players didn’t go near the bench for instruction and had a mini conversion of their own in the middle of the pitch

Agree with this. I’d imagine most of our fans would have scoffed if we’d have signed Iliman N’Diaye (Currently Sheff Utd’s top scorer and played for Senegal at the World Cup) or Jayden Clarke (just moved to Gillingham from Boreham Wood) when they were both playing Sunday league football a couple of years ago. Our squad is littered with players on their way down the leagues, it’s a rare occurrence that this type of player goes back up in value. Even bloody Callum Dolan has got a move to Fleetwood in league 1, someone with raw ability who matured at semi professional level and is now playing 2 leagues higher than we are.
