Good showing from them tonight. The Wednesday lads were as mentioned, bigger and stronger but by the end our young 'uns pulled through. There's some good footballers there. Saw Crompton at Scunny but was yet to see him really for any length of time. Now I understand the reports on him. Very, how can I put this...Dickov like. Running 40 yards to join the scrap wasn't the wisest thing to do but they were all in there not long after. They're young and no doubt about it, in it together. Didn't mind seeing that too much. Let Wednesday know we weren't going to be bullied. Good finishes for the goals too. All in all, enjoyable.

Sorted my season ticket with them again. All the usual things done. They send a letter back to me saying thanks for your application, we'll collect funds on this date. So I take my letter to Latics, again all is well, season tickets handed over. This weekend I get a text from Zebra saying don't forget to return your letter. Which I have done. I've now had a voicemail from some twonk asking me to send them the information back. I already have! And if I had not I'd not have had the letter in my hand to pick up my season ticket. Anyone else had a similar issue? The funds are due to leave my account tomorrow so it'd have helped if "Tom" had left a number for me to contact him on.

Give Rochdale a call. Last I read they were struggling to compete for players in wage terms. They can take this lot on loan for a decent contribution. Suit them down to the ground.
