  1. Please can those in the north stand, chaddy end side, get their eyes tested. People abusing the lino even though he pretty much got everything spot on. Some said their goal was offside, he was about 5yrds on. Fucking jokers, gets on my tits. Like being sat with united fans, claiming for every decision, even though its obvious the correct decision was made.
  2. Lack of effort in previous game cost us a chance of getting back into it. Doesn't contribute anywhere near enough to say he's had a free role eveelry game. Why do people make out he's gods gift to football, holloway has more assists than him, thats piss poor. Quite clear he has an attitude problem, very greedy and sulked quite a few times. I'd pass if i was RW, not cause 'i don't like football' but, the least i expect from a professoonal is 100% effort and for them not to sulk like a kid if they don't get the ball. He's well and truly pissed me off in recent weeks, was great to watch at first though, don't get me wrong.
  3. Did'nt mean you in particular. I don't keep upto date with, or am sad enough to remember who says what on here. Just always like someone seems to have a go at AG after a bad result. He's the best CB on our books atm and as long as Bryan stays. It's not a problem area. I'd look at Hunt as our defensive/offensive weak link in the back four atm.
  4. I'd attempt to keep him but, he's nowhere near worth some of the wages being 'reported' on here, e.g. 10k.
  5. Wellens suggesting that he might not even attempt extending byrnes loan because he has dissapointed in recent weeks. I think he's being serious but, i think some on here will say he's talking BS just because he knows he does'nt want to come back.
  6. Sat in there as a kid growing up. Shite atmosphere which even rochdale (with their dismal support) have probably bettered in all honesty. No nostalgia for me and the current generation. I understand others who stood up in it when they first came, i'd probably feel the same way as them. But, moving forward as a club, our fans should be 'treated' to the best facilities the club can offer. The chaddy is way behind the other stands in those terms. For that reason alone i'd keep it as is. Love being in the new north stand, near the away fans and the odd bit of banter that pops up between the 2 stands.
  7. Just because they've played well for a few months doesn't mean you can't call out their mistakes. Bryan has been pretty much faultless and i'm hopeful he's the one, if any to stay. Doyle would be next preferred one but, i just can't see it happening. Not too fussed about Byrne if i'm honest. The formation is fucked when he plays and without Doyle, i can't see us outscoring the opponents.
  8. I'd like to think even banks would have at least blocked that cross yesterday. Total lack of effort yet he's treated like a god. Baffles me. He's been good to watch at times but, getting way too greedy, slows the play down too much and doesn't look arsed. As i said before, hope the new lad from Ireland has some guts. Btw, you do realise we're too narrow thanks to Byrne? Do you believe he offers that much going forward to afford dummigan to do the job of 2 players? Can't remember him creating a opportunity if i'm honest.
  9. A lot of blame to goes to a few different players for both goals, they were that bad but, thats the point. But, byrne was by far the worst for me. If you're closest to the ball you've got to slow the play down or attempt to win the ball/foul if necessary. I left a family do to watch that pitiful lack of effort. The least i expect at league 1 level is effort. Banks was ridiculed for it, why not byrne?
  10. Really? Think some try to have a go at AG at every opportunity. He probably thought byrne would grow a pair and stop the runner or block the cross. But, no he let him stroll towards the box but, yeah, we'll blame gerrard. Can't blame the golden boy, can we?
  11. Comedy moment was byrne having a go at bryan for the 2nd. His shite kick, then he decides to let their lad stroll towards the box and put in a easy ball. Hopefully the new lad from ireland has some heart. I'd prefer a lad of half the ability of byrne but, actually puts a foot in too.
  12. Didn't have a chance with either tbh. If you think ripley saves any of them. You've clearly had too much of the christmas sherry.
  13. Placides ball won us the freekick that lead to bryans great strike today. As others say, this team needs placide. Last seasons was the perfect fit for ripley. The fact hes bench warming at one of the worst teams in the championship, proves we probably bigged ripley up a bit too much.
  14. I've enjoyed watching byrne play. BUT, lately he's been far to slow on the ball and playing way too many loose passes, to make up for his inability to put the slightest bit of effort in to defend. So frustrating, just stands off the opponenets and lets them have the ball. Can't imagine the fury that performance would've caused, if it was Banks instead of Byrne.
  15. Well jell that corney can afford to run a club while you just sit at home making up loads of BS? Think corney leads a more glorious life than you. Not a corney fan at all but, hate those who make up BS. Why not enjoy the festive period? Instead of coming on here and making it up shit, feel sorry for you.
  16. So, a new pair of legs for clarke it is. Gerrard and bryan are doing fine but, we need to keep kean beyond jan.
  17. He seems alright. One of the only ones who looked to keep possession and run the clock down. Anyone spot jack byrne in the crowd? Hood up and hat on with 2 mates (bodyguards) either side of him.
  18. If you leave doyle out, it will probably mean play 1 up front since davies/holloway wasn't working at start of the season. I'd try duffus/holloway together though, lot of energy there. Maybe a lack of experience but, i think they'd definetely keep defences on their toes.
  19. Do they still have konchesky? Well and truly past it and could see dummy tearing him a new one, like you say. Thought his confidence would be knocked after dale but, he was brilliant on Tuesday. Hunt needs to step it up now.
  20. Quite a few ex-tics (Josh Parker, Connor Wilkinson and Tom Eaves) one's bound to score. Confident we'll get a win though.
  21. That's probably it. Maybe why he gets more abuse too, can see that there could be a half decent player in there but, doesn't put a shift in compared to others.
  22. Haha, knew someone would pick up on that. That's why I put doyle in as an example too.
  23. Also, I know it's very unlikely but, if banks turns out to be a good player, why would he want to come back? Same with doyle and PNE, (i don't know if they made it personal on social media tbh). Obviously didn't rate him but, our now contemplating him going back though.
  24. People mentioning him in insulting posts on twitter again. We really do know how to 'support' our players at this club. Also, a few on here saying fane isn't good enough etc, etc. Some people need to stop going off their first instincts when it comes to a player. Everyone seems to want those they say are crap straight away, to fail. Instead of hoping they prove them wrong, it's fucking embarrassing. Just accept you get some wrong from time to time and actually support our players for a change. Just a thought, like. Rant over.
