  1. If SC has already previously had the meeting some have suggested, then surely this is a last call to arms for Dickov and co. What more can they expect? Also I too am a lapsed attendee, with work and being sick to :censored:ing death of lame performances spoiling the enjoyment.

You don't come across has being nearly as smug about it though!

  2. 5000 posts and that one sums it up..... Why would anyone of the stay aways return having read that article. £50,000 on Montano is ludicrous when people are flogging to raise money in £1.50 chunks with enthusiasm. Must say hopes for Montano but not at £50,000.

Sadly I have just been drained of enthusiasm.

    Keep your chin up kid.

Someone you obviously admire once said............

"Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm."

  3. Should have ended.

I don't think you can put multiple clauses on, so it would be for so many sales etc

i'd expect we have a 20% sell on clause, if not we're feckin stupid.

    Would hope so.

Just seen Broady's tweet.. saying for those asking about a sell on clause.. He doesn't know either. says it's first thing he hoped for when the story broke.

  4. I doubt many of you would lack the integrity to act so childishly if you were talking with me in person. At least I hope you wouldn't.

I'm tired of the mindless accusations and insults, having to repeat easily digestable points, the strawman arguments and seeing people too cowardly to make VALID points resort to automatic nay saying or down repping my posts. All because I dared to bring up a topic related to something you consider taboo. It's pathetic. If you don't agree with someone then at least have the courage to explain why LOGICALLY, or stay out of it. That is how an adult conversation is supposed to be handled. Put up or shut up.

This is not what I signed up to this forum for. If you people can't handle civil discourse, then don't expect me to try either.

There's just far too many children on here. Go play on your own. I'm done.

    Apparently not!

  5. I have three sons, all of whom have been season ticket holders, along with myself. Only one of my sons, my 15yr old has been able to renew this season. None for footballing or ground condition reasons.

My eldest now finds himself having to work weekends and evenings and the other is starting Uni.

I'm sure there are a lot of fans, that are unable to attend for financial or other commitment reasons, that would if they could and have been attributed to the crap football crap ground arguments.

I am sure that some are staying away for these reasons also, but, not has many as some think. IMHO

  6. It could be my eyes, or my TV, but Hart looked to be wearing all purple.

Incidentally, when Latics paraded the new kit at the end of last season Chaddy was wearning an all purple GK kit. Don't think we've seen that yet?

Hard to tell? looked blue to me but my wife swears I'm colour-blind :)

looked like this kit to me:

  7. I think a brighter kit can help lesser players spot a team mate running off them, so helping peripheral vision.

But I think the main problem with team performance, at the moment is more to do with chemistry, than kit colour.

The chemistry that exists between Furman and Wes, that allows them, together, to equal far more than their individual talents should add up to.

I think PD has built a team around these two and because of a terrible piece of bad luck, it has completely upset the balance of the team.

Furman and Wes together compliment each other and allows for forward motion, as is shown by the fact, that when playing together we invariably win and one of the two invariably scores. A bit like tank treads if one comes if off yer bolloxed!
