This is what I have been saying all day.....you can own a share of a business 29.99% and not be a director.....Thats the FA Rules and UK Ltd company law. Clearly people on here do not understand the difference between a director title and ownership......

Lets just firm a couple of things up here.......Because some people just dont understand business on this website, Mr Vaughan isnt allowed to be a named director of a business, however he is still a wealthy man with many business interests, from what i are now in the name of his son, who has a clean record. But that is just in name and he will still work for those businesses. Band from being a director this is a shareholding director. Probably can still sit on the board or be a CEO and ultimatley run those businesses. If Mr Vaughan is putting a consortium together to buy the club which is fronted by his son or another memeber of the consortium, his son/member will pass the FA test, lets be fair from what we have seen at different clubs anyone could pass it. Also lets be honest about SC, if he sees a way of getting his and Blitz cash out of the club he will be on the next flight to New York with the largest bottle of Bubbles. BA's statement did not deny any discussion it only confirmed that a "formal offer" had not been made! I think this says alot.

No the club does not make cash per hit, however the amount of hits will result in the marketing department showing these stats to potential advertisers/sponsors resulting in charging more. If Bury and Rochdale both average 5000 hits a week and Oldham get 10000 where would you choose to advertise??? How the traffic is generated is irrevant to an advertiser. However I can see traffic dropping off due to this fake hype over youth team players signing

First thing he/she sees the old kit being advertised with the old sponsor...... HE/SHE MUST BE OVER THE MOON WITH THEIR INVESTMENT...... Not a great start to a new relationship, especially with these pathetic breaking news stories to drum up traffic and the person you would want to impress sees the company on the shirt that no longer pays for the privedge.... After meeting LJ and him discussing the depths he goes into when looking at a player I have every confidence that he will bring in the right people. Im not saying sign every player on a 4 year deal, but key players, your spine and players that you will make money from.

Point taken - however are we trying to build a team around a young manager or are we going to do what we have done for the past 10 years. Get a new manager he signs 15 new players on 2 year deals and they all leave and a new manager comes in. You can always make someone available on a free transfer The club has no assets because of this short term vision and the club has never progressed because we do this 2 year cycle. Alex Ferguson bought Zaha from Palace, Moyes might not like the lad but he is an asset to Man U and the manager will try and improve him to either to get him in the team or sell him on.....developing an asset which only TP does at the club. I would rather sell our best players for a fee after fee have had them for 2 years (with 1 year left on their contract) rather than they leave for free after 2 years

Anyone heard anything about when next seasons pricing will be confirmed I thought the club would have had plan A and plan B confirmed and ready to issue as soon as were confirmed safe or down..... Yet again the club are missing out on the buzz around the club! If they had announced season tickets on Monday morning after winning 3 on the spin would we have had a better take up than if we lose the next 2 games....??

Firstly I want to say that I was pretty outspoken to how LJ got an interview but when I met him and he talked about the current crop of players, tactics, promoting youth and player recruitment the man had me and I fully understand upon meeting LJ why SC hired him However this is a results business and then man has all but kept us up, due to working overseas I have missed the last 2 wins, however I like what I have seen and heard.... Brought a grit to the team Win ugly mentality Surprise selections using our younger players who have something to prove Fired off Chris Iwelumo Rotated players to keep them fresh Brought a togetherness to the players that I dont believe was there before, i think there was a blame culture in the dressing room and no one took on the responsibilty, which in my view has changed. I really cant wait for LJ to rebuild this squad with his players and his way of playing and get rid of the gutless wonders who have stolen a year or 2s wages. Well done LJ hopefully you will be backed in the summer by SC and attendance will increase again.

I understand your point and to a point agree....My feeling with Simmo is that LJ likes the fact he puts a dirty tackle in....He isnt afraid to get stuck in... Liverpool...went through the keeper after 5 mins and set the tone Everton....broke Tim Howards back when he cleaned him out Swindon....tackles flying in I dont think we have the natural enforcer in the side but simmo is the closest we have so he gave him the band
