    i reck after reading all the people on here saying that 'actually Failsworth is a great idea' (after originally dismissing it when it got announced back in August 2010), Oldham Athletic and Oldham Council have done a U-turn and advise that Failsworth is now the #1 plan (again).

    Just got back, and the worst thing about the game was the cocks from the Rifle Range singing Celtic songs. Shame they can't actually sing about the team they've travelled to Bournmouth to support. A lot of them don't even support Celtic - just join in to be part of the clique.

    how many times have you seen a Council have a CCJ against it? how many times have you seen a Council liquidated? A Council is a Local Government department, so you're basically saying the Goverment could be made bankrupt. As said earlier, it has reserves and the ability to borrow against its asset. Jeez. Ed and Batty Owen, the new Chucklebrothers. Oh when the blues!

    How can a Council be bankrupt?! It has assets, and can borrow against them. They are a government body and get preferential lending rates, amongst other things.
