Rumour has it they were only too glad to get rid of Ferguson, and Lampard . Then sell Gordon to Newcastle . Which gives any new manager a day to work wonders with the Gordon transfer money . Got to love these foreign owners who know f all about the British game and football culture here. Unsworth probably feeling sorry for Everton it looks like a premier league version of us before our takeover . Sad really decent club Everton with good fans and good people at the club.

Agree but midfield has been the a problem all season . Hence loans in that area . We need 2or 3 good midfielders.

I would go for BP1960.s recomendation Berry at Macc might be better long term value . Might not have the same instant impact but would be worth more in 2 years.I deally would like both.

We should be moving players on as a matter of course so we can get in the players we need hopefully . We are woefully lacking in midfield also , and I dont think loans are the right move at present .

BP I am with you on James Berry we should be all out for him he has it all and will get better. Reminds me a bit Taylor like you said and also Whatmore., 22goals in 39 appearances and countless assists.
