  1. Maybe there is someway fans can register there interest in a discounted season ticket but the final cost is dictated by numbers who sign up to the idea. It may bgive the reassurrance SC needs to offer the deal. Eg. 7000 equates to £100; 6000 equates to £150, 5000 equates to £200 etc etc. If 5000 dont pre register their interest, normal prices apply?
  2. Great Win, shame about the low turnout. Lets hope the £5 offer on Saturday gets the fans down to BP.
  3. I have set one up today. Maybe the club will print the form in the programme at the remaining home games. I appreciate that many people cannot afford to donate but getting something in the programme each home game or in the chron can only increase awareness and hopefully contributors. Worth an email to Mark Moisley (mark.moisley@oldhamathletic.co.uk). He is open to any suggestions to promote the club and always responds promptly.
  4. I note Barnsley are advertising this type of offer at the moment. Come on Latics, wake up and smell the coffee. What can you lose?
  5. Season ticket holders can get two tickets for £20 to early cup rounds or adult / child for £15. Any incentive to encourage fans to buy a season ticket or half season ticket has to be considered by the club.
  6. As he is primarily a left footer, perhaps he offers cover for Forte rather than Winchester? Forte still appears to be struggling in some games with his niggling injury and does not train all the time in the week. Daniel Johnson may offer similar pace and poise on left side. Could be a useful signing for the team - offers pace, skill and flexibility in the midfield / forward area.
  7. Lots of great ideas on this forum. As I have said on here before, let season ticket holders bring a friend for a fiver to some of the low key games. Print vouchers in the season ticket books that can be exchanged for a ticket. It rewards season ticket holders and you never know they may come again and pay full price. Like any product, if it is good they will enjoy it and want more.
  8. Living in Grimsby its difficult to get to midweek games. Shall be there Saturday and have persuaded a friend to come along too. Onward and upward.
  9. Like the idea of bring a friend for a tenner. Perhaps season ticket holders could have vouchers in their books which can be redeamed at certain games when the opposition has a small away following. The friend may enjoy it and come back. Even better if they bring a friend of their own, buy a programme and sample a pie at half time!
