In this country it is often done by specialised nurses. I would guess that the specialty making the most money in this country is actually orthopaedics or plastic surgery as this is what has the most private work. In the States/Caymans a colo-rectal surgeon could make a fair chunk of change though as the thing they deal with most (or most serious) is probably Cancer- and there isn't a market for private Cancer treatment in this country but in the States (where almost all healthcare is privatised) there is a big market for it. Thanks for that I did know that actually as I had my 3rd one 3 weeks ago (not very nice)! If you are around at aproximately 4am tomorrow morning, could you post the explanation again please? I'm reading about hematomas at the moment. If you ever fall off a bike and hit your head, you should get checked. Even if there's not that much pain. You could die within a matter of an hours.
