ah_oafc
I'm just saying. it's pretty bad if we can't sell out our allocation and its a local derby.
pukka
I predicted 2300 - 2600. I am sticking with that.

steveoafc
I think there will be plenty more sold yet, there's still a week to go and latics fans notoriously leave things until the last moment.
slystallone
Really? Hope it won't spoil the game for you. I personally go to watch the game - not count the number of fellow fans around me. If we dont sell out; so what; 'Dale wont sell out when they come to BP either; it means not a jot really.

Frankly Mr Shankly
How embarrassing will it be if we don't sell out? How embarrassing is it actually being in the same division as us, nay above us in the table!?
steveoafc
Know a few like myself who just simply aren't interested in going to this game. I find this hard to get my head around....it's our local derby......ok it's not bolton or any of the mancs but they're our nearest rivals. Either you're a latics fan or not? Markoasis
in the same division as us Are they ... I refuse to acknowledge this fact !

OASIS sheds some light, However I still wouldn't go .... they can't be in the same league as us so this game can't be taking place.

LaticsLegend
Around 2800 I reckon, which i'd be happy with. Should be a cracking atmosphere.
Markoasis
Dammit.........and i vowed i'd never get caught. Oh it wasn't intentional on my part ... however I do know Latics fans around Oldham who don't want to go if that makes you feel better. I can understand people not wanting to accept we're in the same division, but the reality is we are, if we can take 3000 or so then it should be a good atmosphere. For us northeners local games are in short supply.
pukka
"I wont go cos we are in the same division" - Sorry, but thats the worst excuse I've ever heard of as a latics fan. If dale go up this season and us next, would you go in the championship?
maddog
My 'excuse' for not going is that I don't like away night matches. I prefer to make a bigger event of an away match - which involves drinks before and after the game. And I can't do that on a school night. Is that acceptable?
