Bristolatic
And many are now saying that the only reason they got him was because he was the cheap option. He might not be quite so cheap when they pay off his contract in the first 12 months. If he lasts that long, of course. Working with fans of both Brizzle clubs, I'm a happy likkle bunny right now. Until I get made redundant at the end of next week.
creepy
Whatever the size of the following, at least there is standing at the end of one side - but it's a narrow open terrace so if it rains then we all get wet. it is gonna rain, isnt there a covered stand behind the goal for away fans aswell? Bristolatic
Pretty sure that's for home fans, but there are some covered seats for away fans at the end of the stand next to the standing area

Killens_physio
I'll bet Bristol will be his last. I wouldnt be so sure. A lot of managers make a living from being completely clueless and somehow still get jobs elsewhere. I have always wondered how Gary Megson carries on getting jobs, and half decent ones at that. Penney has the ability to talk a really good game in interviews and then before the board realise how big their mistake is he's got a 2 or 3 year contract behind him. He may be a complete tool, but you have to admire his ability to sell himself. Maybe after this he could become a used car salesman as that would seem to be right up his street. al_bro
how many fans are we expecting to take? I'm worried about this one. They are getting hammered every game.
Tommy_Fent
signed-up signed-up it's dangerous Dave and you'll never score again, you'll never score again!!! whose that grinning on the touchline? whose that ruining your club it's Dave Penney and men and they're ****ing up again and the Rovers won't be scoring anymore (coat on)
Macca
Went down there one season, we'd taken the lead, Allott I think and we'd just been awarded a penalty. The scoreboard flashed up that Man Ure were losing as well and one fan uttered the words "It doesn't get any better than this!" It didn't! We missed the penalty, Rovers ended up scoring 3 with ourselves getting a consolation late on and Man Ure ended up winning too!
