Stevie_J
Bit of a crock and would want far more than we'll be paying anyone.
opinions4u
You could draw up a list of hundreds like him.
WIZZO83
100 hundred!! proven premier league striker....he would add pace
Break The Silence
There's no disputing he knows where the net is though.
rudemedic
I doubt we would have to pay much as QPR paying £1000 pw less than they would is still a good deal for them. I don't think he will be a good signing though as I doubt he is fit enough.
4froale
if they sign him and he stays fit then i am pretty much certain they will go up whether it be automatic/play offs. Would be one of the best signings league one has seen in a long time.
opinions4u
100 hundred!! proven premier league striker....he would add pace But he won't come here. Out of reach. If we were after promotion, possibly. But we're not. So we get big Chris instead.
razza699
I could imagine it now. Arry "Andy we are sending you out on loan" Andy "oh ok, where too? Watford? Ipswich? Hull? Arry "Erm not quite, they are in League 1" Andy "ah, erm ok is it Doncaster or Sheff United or someone?" Arry "No, Its Oldham" Andy "What? Where are they in the league?" Arry "20th and fighting for survivial" Andy"
slystallone
Brett Ormerod worked out really well for us didn't he? Proven striker, knew where the net was, just back in training after a lengthy injury lay-off...... Yep. Stella loan move that was. Even if we managed to broker a deal - by the time the season ended; He'd be just about getting match fitness and sharpness back....all the while playing games for us whilst woefully short and off the pace, in the relegation scrap we're in. Done deal

PlayItLivo
He'll go Huddersfield at worst.
SholverBlue
Would be a great signing for Swindon. For us though? Nope. No chance he'd even consider it.
Stainrod
How about Kevin Davies? Being released by Bolton at the end of the season, must live locally, what a signing he'd be!!!
opinions4u
How about Kevin Davies? Being released by Bolton at the end of the season, must live locally, what a signing he'd be!!! Not sure he fits with the new manager's vision of pace up top. But he'd be a step up from Iwelumo!
adamoafc
He is still the sort of player that you want if smith is to leave.

He lives in Worsley, not too far from me. His house is a touch nicer than mine though, if i'm honest

Break The Silence
Just a touch ? ;-) Perhaps a shade. And he doesn't drive an ageing Citroen Picasso with scrapes down both sides. Big foreheaded bastard. Davies out . Edited March 27, 2013 by Break The Silence
