JoeP
Hate the term "must win", but Monday's game has to be pretty near to one. Given that: - We need the points to stay up. - They need the points for the same reason we do. - We will go above them if we win. - We will probably go above Scunthorpe if we win as they're away to Bournemouth. Still a lot of football to be played, but this game could be so decisive. Not planning on starting an Ultras splinter group or anything, but would appeal to the masses for a lot of encouragement from the Latics faithful on Monday. If Tarky makes a tiny mistake, lets not scream "Noooooo!" with incredulity, eh?

rudemedic
It's not quite must win but it's definitely must not loose. The Carlisle game is a big one too. Big 6 days coming up.
Magic Mikey
They're all cup finals but let's just take every game as it comes.
jsslatic
At the end of the day it's a game of two halves and we have every chance.
JonesyOAFC
As long as the lads show plenty of passion and give 110% then I'll be happy
Hands on
Just need three wins out of eight. Doesn't matter who because we don't play Scunny and I can't see then getting more than two wins from their last six. The great thing is that a win and a Scunny loss puts two teams behind us. Could even get over confident! Edited March 29, 2013 by Hands on

the_mighty_bosh
Win tomorrow and LJ's honeymoon period keeps going. Right now I'm hoping we ride that out and see how far it takes us. For what it's worth, if we play the same team that played on Friday and press high up the pitch, I think we'll win comfortably.
steveoafc
Start at a high tempo, get them on the back foot and hopefully capitalise on any early chances.
Break The Silence
Start at a high tempo, get them on the back foot and hopefully capitalise on any early chances. This. If we get after them straight from kick off, like we did against Hartlepool, we'll be in with a right good shout...
Boys in Blue
First match that I've been to under LJ and can honestly say its the most excited I've been about watching Latics in ages. Even including cup games! It's a big match and would be a massive three points. I'm with JoeP too. Under Dickov, losing a goal meant a probable 1-0 loss but under LJ there seems to be a likelihood of getting back into the game so please no booing of our own players. Come on Oldham! mikeroyboy
A win tomorrow would be a massive pressure release and a huge confidence booster for Saturday. The pressure will then be on the teams running out of games.
