Singing his name during the game was going a little too far. Chris Porter in programme: "Unfortunately things didn't end well for me at Boundary Park and a lot of people, including me, were left upset." makes you wonder what actually happened. "Some of the best football in my career came at Oldham Athletic, in this division. I suspect Corney told him exactly what he thought of him that's probably what upset Porter. There really should never be a place in English football, no matter how many beers or the like a set of supports has had, for them to chant that kind of stuff.
