Change of ownership would be simple but for the owners of the ground who want somehow to get their money back including the debt on the football club accounts. Our one hope is that they might give up on this as the net present value of the debt, as things stand, if it is only going to be paid up should we gain promotion to the Premiership is, lets face Owen facts, negligible.
