youngen
Barcelonas's Sagrada cathedral will, it is hoped, be finished in 2026....144 years after it was started. Are we relying on charity and tourist funding? If so we are screwed
Tricky Ricky On The Left
Oldham Roughyeds Facebook page says that next season wherever they go will be temporary due to them trying to redevelop whitebank. ChaddySmoker
Funny :censored:. It would take at least £8m to take us over. If you are plucking figures out of the air, why didnt you make it a round £10M?
opinions4u
£1 plus full and final settlement of the debt at a discount.
Monty Burns
If you are plucking figures out of the air, why didnt you make it a round £10M? Because Im not plucking figures out of the air, Im using the figures in the public domain given to us over time. As you are clearly incapable of retaining information, I will not be continuing this conversation.

SavageTheBeast
I'd guess that 8 million would just by you the team. If you wanted to buy the new stand or the ground it would cost upwards 15 million

Midsblue
The resale value of our full squad excluding loans is less than 10% of that £8m amount...probably nearer 4% to 5% Land and stadium value most likely hence why we're good value...that's if I'm correct that the purchaser is paying the market value of both in return for covering running costs of the club, which should now be a % of our income. To take on a loss making business at a potential cost of some £7M with rent to the stadium owners would be utter madness!
