    Thommo scored an own goal at clyde and got an assist on their other Ive barely seen him apart from that game (where he had a 'mare) but hopefully now hes fit we'll see the thommo the trees and the trannies were raving about!!

    I think he means not taking cash on the turnstile..I agree its a bit of a pain but im gonna be in donny for lunch time so im sure i'll have plenty of chance to get my ticket before the rush

    exactly what i was about to post kellys..a few weeks back we had problems with injuries in midfield and up front so we had to sort that out..youre always going to take more of a risk with your keepers (for example teams not having one on the bench) but we just dont have the budget to cover roughly 20 injured players

    Wouldnt be busting a gut to get him back but if we can get him for the right price I'd have no issues about bringing him back to give us more options in midfield. Like others have said we have other priorities (plenty of them judging by the fact we've only managed to name 4 subs today) but if this is gonna fall into our laps i dont see the harm in bringing him back

    no slating from me Gemma i see what youre saying there..much more sensible than some of the suggestions i was expecting. having said that i would still take sheridan over ternant if for no other reason than i think hes too old ps i wasnt going to get involved in this argument but im sick of being the McNiven brothers so im tryin to boost my post count a bit

    Just trying to speak to my dad who was at the game but he had to hang up as he couldnt hear over the sirens and horses..apparently a lad had taken a hiding on sheepfoot lane and they were battling in the middle of rochdale road..fingers crossed that everyones gotten away ok

    My vote goes to Reuben..absolutely immense!! having said that everyone of them stood up..special mentions to Eardley (for forcing Moyes to switch Pienaar) and Smalley (who gave Baines such a roasting he was taken off) ..for 2 of our players to force decisions like that from a top class side is a massive compliment

    OK folks, unfortunately im not gonna make it down tomorrow but, like other exiles, i'll be there in spirit Good luck to everyone involved and hopefully we can get some widespread support for our cause Big mention to S_W (and his cohorts) for getting this up and running at such short notice and also to I_C who was kind enough to offer me a lift down from Darlington in an effort to help me make it..just about sums up the spirit we've seen over the past couple of days

    I'm considering ducking out of work early tomorrow and jumping on the train down to be a part of this Its a week before pay day so im skint and im not sure how work would react to me having another "doctors appointment" but i think this would be more than worth it

    Didn't expect that from Woolas, and I know hes had plenty of stick over the years, but fair play to him that is exactly the kind of thing the club, and the council, needs to be hearing today. Just jumped up in my estimation

    err..yeah i was thinking of one of the shows presented by football people rather than that fat muppet..i seem to remember them drumming up a fair bit of attention for brighton when they had their issues

    You've stolen my thunder a bit there Diego..the number of times I've been out and been berated because "you boys always go on and on about winning the world cup" which then results in us talking about the exact subject they didnt want me to mention?!?!?!?! I can honestly say I've never once brought up the fact we've won a world cup in the 5/6 yrs ive lived up here..mainly because i'm embarassed it was so long ago

    As another Scottish exile I've got to say yeah I'd love them to get through. I went out to watch the games tonight and despite having to sit through a fair few Scots getting genuinely excited that we lost to Russia I still stayed to cheer them on in their game..as pdw says it probably comes from living up here but I do like to see them do well, whatever they might think of us
